Premise
In his attempts to catch a hummingbird, a cat keeps disturbing a bulldog, and must face an elaborate series of punishments. Penalties include The Fence, Happy Birthday, The Rain Pipe, The Thinker, and The Works. The prequel to Early to Bet (which featured The Gambling Bug).
