Premise
Every time a cat loses a game to a bulldog, he has to face the “penalties”. A Gambling Bug keeps biting the cat, to keep him wanting to play. Penalties include The Geshundheit (#14), The William Tell (#75), and Roll Out the Barrel (#36). A sequel to 1950’s It’s Hummer Time.
