Rocky & Mugsy

Rocky had an entire gang in Golden Yeggs, and a henchman named Nick in Catty Cornered. Bugs tangled with a gangster named “Rocky” in Racketeer Rabbit, but that character was modeled after Edward G. Robinson. Mugsy appears as a guard in Napoleon Bunny-Part. (There is a bank robber named Mugsy in Satan's Waitin', but it's not this Mugsy.
