Premise
A gangster arrives at a rundown tavern, wanting to eat mouse knuckles. He beats up on waiter Artie, as dim bulb Filligan (sounding an awful lot like Heathcliff) attempts to catch an unusually chatty Sniffles (in his final cartoon).
