Premise
Elmer is trying to invent a “Jekyll & Hyde” potion, and wants to test it on Bugs. A bear wanders in, offering the chance to reuse some gags from Wabbit Twouble. The last cartoon to be directed by Frank Tashlin at Warner Brothers.
