Premise
Bugs talks to an interviewer, recalling his early days in Manhattan, including a run-in with a pack of bulldogs, whose leader is a talking, tough-guy variant of Hector. Includes the "ran out of piddies" gag. Ends on a Tree Grows in Brooklyn joke.
